Checking a game result yourself

Provably fair is the part of the platform we'd most like you to actually use, because it turns trust into something you can test. It covers every Stake Originals title.

Three values produce each result. A server seed we generate and show you as a hash before you play, so it's locked in but not yet readable. A client seed that belongs to your browser and that you can change whenever you like. And a nonce, a counter that ticks up with every bet.

To check a round you've already played, rotate your seed pair in the game's fairness settings. That reveals the old server seed in full, and you can confirm it matches the hash you were shown earlier – proof we didn't swap it after your bet. Feed the seed pair and nonce into the verification tool and it reproduces the exact result you saw. Outcomes are also mirrored on a third-party site and stored using cryptographic hashing.

Worth being clear on the limits: this applies to our Originals. Live dealer games are decided by physical equipment under studio supervision, and third-party slots run on their provider's own certified random number generator.

Bet types, briefly

Moneyline and match winner are a single pick on who wins; 1X2 adds the draw. Totals ask whether the combined score finishes over or under a line. Handicaps apply a points adjustment to even out a mismatch. Parlays combine selections for bigger odds but need every leg to land, and same-game multis do the same within one fixture. Player props and correct-score markets cover individual performances and exact results.

Live betting

In-play odds move as the match does, and you can cash out selected bets early at a value reflecting the current state of play.
